I am an experienced agent in the sale of residential real estate having worked in my capacity as a sales agent at Bob Berry Real Estate since 2004 and Director since 2016. A combination of print and digital marketing with a strong buyer database that we are in constant contact with is leading to us selling properties for premium prices in half the time of the Dubbo median. We remove the stress as soon as our client signs the agreement with us. Your hard work is done and we take over to ensure we take care of everything, we communicate effectively throughout the selling process and give advice based on market feedback. Our negotiation skills are constantly evolving so we produce the best result in the market for our client.

Bob Berry commenced a private stock and station agency in Dubbo in 1974 conducting sales of stud cattle, horses and sheep throughout NSW. Bob had previously been Livestock Marketing Manager, Stud Stock Manager and Stud Stock Auctioneer for Winchcombe, Carson Ltd whom he joined in 1957. After some years in Dubbo the rapid growth of the city introduced real estate into the agency and since 1981 Bob Berry has specialized in Sales and Management of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate. The business of Bob Berry Real Estate has developed into a Professional and Personal agency with highly skilled staff, very well regarded by our clients and property consumers.

At Dotcom Property Sales we thought it was time to rethink the whole process of how a real estate office should operate. We looked at it from our client’s point of view, an agent’s point of view, a marketing point of view and we discovered a whole new system that benefits everyone involved. All our licensed agents are independently self employed real estate agents who combine as a team to give all our clients the best possible service.
