Bourke Street Butchery is a locally owned Dubbo butcher shop specialising in fresh, grass-fed beef and lamb, free-range pork and chicken and nitrite-free bacon, gluten-free and preservative-free homemade sausages with further quality meat cuts in store. Bourke Street Butchery proudly sources 90% of its meat from local farmers. We always aim to support local Australian beef, lamb, chicken and pork producers at every opportunity. Our experienced team is passionate about quality, locally sourced, sustainable meats, helping to make us Dubbo’s top-rated butcher. In 2022 we opened The Butcher's Wife Cafe, now serving delicious coffee and gourmet burgers as well as bacon & egg rolls, steak and rissole sandwiches, wraps, toasties, snacks and more.

The Butcher’s Wife Cafe is a popular takeaway cafe, serving up a delicious selection of tasty takeaway food and drinks including all-day breakfast, barista-made coffee, and lunch. Located right inside the award-winning Bourke Street Butchery, enjoy freshly brewed coffee by Little Italy Coffee Roasters and a bite to eat from the cafe while you stock up on fresh, quality meats from the in-house butchery. All-day breakfast items include bacon & egg rolls, breaky wraps, breaky boxes, ham & cheese croissants and more, plus freshly squeezed juices and milkshakes. Specialty burgers and steak sandwiches are a hit, using the very best locally sourced, sustainable meats from our in-house butchery, including tender beef, lamb, chicken and pork.
