Specialty burgers and steak sandwiches are a hit, using the very best locally sourced, sustainable meats from our in-house butchery, including tender beef, lamb, chicken and pork.

Bourke Street Butchery is a locally owned Dubbo butcher shop specialising in fresh, grass-fed beef and lamb, free-range pork and chicken and nitrite-free bacon, gluten-free and preservative-free homemade sausages with further quality meat cuts in store. Bourke Street Butchery proudly sources 90% of its meat from local farmers. We always aim to support local Australian beef, lamb, chicken and pork producers at every opportunity.
